15 过了几天，我们收拾行装，上耶路撒冷去。16 有该撒利亚的几个门徒同我们在一起，领我们到一个塞浦路斯人拿孙家里住宿；他作了门徒已经很久了。
15 After this, we started on our way up to Jerusalem. 16 Some of the disciples from Caesarea accompanied us and brought us to the home of Mnason, where we were to stay. He was a man from Cyprus and one of the early disciples.
They did not refuse to share with Paul in danger, though it would have been a plausible excuse that no law obliged them to be dragged off to death because of one man’s obstinacy. We are truly subjecting our feelings to God when we are not afraid of anything and each of us tries as far as possible to carry out what we know pleases him. It is also clear how very loyal the others were, for they willingly joined Paul when they might well have been afraid for themselves.
